That's the title of this Atlantic Month article.
The asterisk means that it will be a simulated attack that's part of a cyber wargame planned for that day. I don't know about you, but I kinda think that would make the day the perfect time for a real massive cyber attack to take place. Think of the confusion. "Is it real, or is it memorex?" But in the mean time, the article title is sowing some confusion.
